SME Defence takes the security and privacy of its subscribers’ information seriously.

SME Defence does not collect any sensitive information as defined by the Privacy Act.

How does SME Defence use information that is collected on this website?

Personal information that visitors or subscribers submit to this site is used only for the purpose for which it is submitted unless we disclose other uses at the time of collection.

SME Defence may use your email address to contact subscribers from time to time to provide promised services.

SME Defence will not, without prior authorisation, sell, disclose or pass on personal information provided on this website to third parties within Australia or overseas and will not use it to send unsolicited marketing or promotion material un-related to its service offer.

How will SME Defence securely store information submitted to this website?

SME Defence only stores the contact and related information of relevant individuals electronically. All reasonable steps are taken to ensure the information is kept secure from unauthorised disclosure or use.

Information no longer needed is deleted from all electronic storage.

Credit card information used for transactions on this website is not stored by SME Defence.

Amending your preferences and personal data held on this Website

All email communications to subscribers will have an “unsubscribe” link to enable unwanted email messaging to be discontinued.

All subscribers are granted access to the personal information they have provided which can be updated by the subscriber at any time.
