CPB Contractors selected for Woomera redevelopment program

CPB Contractors has been selected by the Department of Defence to undertake design development activities for the Woomera Redevelopment Program, in joint venture with Downer.
A delivery phase consisting of upgrades to buildings, services and infrastructure is expected to follow, with an estimated value of between $500 million and $750 million.
“CPB Contractors has the expertise and experience to ensure the contract is delivered in line with all operational and security requirements,” said Jason Spears, CPB Contractors Managing Director.
“Our team will give priority to maximising the opportunities for local community, industry and Indigenous participation during this and future phases.”
The Woomera Range Complex is in South Australia, approximately 450 kilometres north-west of Adelaide.
The design development phase has now commenced.
